Me my- self I use the Elevation Training Mask, which by creating pulmonary resistance strength- ens the diaphragm and the muscles that are responsible for correct breathing. You just have to remember, that in order to achieve any sensible results, you have to make your organism work out – otherwise it is just a pointless nuisance.
