I will skip the discussion about sense of buying and carrying that ammunition by competitive shooters. Argument to "do" so is always the same – personal safety. Off course, it is known that bullet of that type gives all the energy to target that is hit and because of that its ability to penetrate and hurt incidental tar- gets is limited. It has to be noticed that mentioned ammunition be- yond its tacticoolness characterizes pretty high price that can be as high as even $1.5 each (standard FMJ rounds is like 35 cents). Big group of shooters (includ- ing myself ) shoots thousands of cheapest FMJ rounds on the training and after the training, loads the maga- zine with those more expensive, defense ammunition.
