The way it works requires using right ammunition. Recommended for training are FMJ's or round-nose bullets that is no shorter than 4mm. It must be re- membered that while using ammunition of bigger calibers (over 7 mm) the sys- tems efficiency is 99.99%, but when using smaller calibers (.223/5.56, 5.45 or .22LR) it decreases to approximately 85%. If you consider using such ammo you should consult with manufacturer. The basic Trainshot set consists of single unit but it can be expanded with addition- al parts. First one, is a radio transmitter for long distance shooting, next one is a longer mount that secures the module better (target is hung below it on special mount) and you can build a "network" of up to four targets connected to single app. Different types of shooting can be held using Trainshot. In the simplest version you can just use it to signal hits (visual display and voice sound effect) that saves time of walking downrange up to see the targets.
