smoother. Trigger travel measured is just 4 mm and trigger pull is 14N. Pull is adjustable from 10 to 25 N but now it is only possible at the company's factory. Firearm lacks any external safety levers. Slide release lever and possible to change sides magazine release button are extended to speed up reloading process. Same as slide, frame was also made from stainless steel. Grip, even though it holds 17 rounds magazine is not bulbous and what's more it has exchangeable back and side straps to adjust it better for the shooters hand. Magazine well is flared to for faster reloads but among the accessories company can provide enhanced mag well. Under the barrel is short MIL-STD-1913 rail for weaponlights or laser pointer. Laugo Arms Alien is fed from 17 rounds steel magazines (not interchangeable with others, but shape-wise they are close to CZ Shadow magazines) with enhanced and weighted magazine pads produced by Mec-Gar. Alien will be available for purchase in 2019. First limited rum will be limited to 500 pieces, but in the box pistol will come with two other top rails, three magazines, two types of magazine well and Kydex holster with adjustable belt attachment. All element of the set will be placed in padded range bag. Price will be quite high, approx. $5,000, but one have to remember that this is race gun and it will be not far from world class. Despite that, Alien can be used in different IPSC categories if competition courses – one handgun for Open and Factory is for sure cheaper than two "race horses" for two categories. First Alien will be the full-size competition version but manufacturer expects that in the future compact and combat version show up. We have to wait for them for a while. During the presentation conducted by top Czech IPSC competitors they run the same stages twice, first time with their handguns they were using for years and for the second time they get Aliens. Indeed, they get higher scores with Aliens that with old firearms. Media reps could Alien in different versions with come competition classics as STI or CZ Shadow 2. How shooting from Laugo Arms Alien was? Great. In practice, things that company wrote about their weapon in not cheap marketing bullshit, it actually works. Even though gun is quite heavy, it fits great in the medium or large palms and is very well balanced. Grip angle and its profile and very comfortable and handgun itself can be grip super high, much more higher comparing to other FIREARMS
