ladders on the back. The shoulder pads are covered with
Hypalon fabric. In the back part there are horizontal slits
(laser cuts) for routing, there are also two plastic D-rings.
In the front part of harness, there are additional horizontal
slits for equipment attachment. They can be used to tuck
the excess of webbing straps too. On the left shoulder
there is shock cord loop with cord-lock buckle.
Front panels are made from double layer of Cordura 725D
sewn together. There is eight horizontal MOLLE/PALS
webbing straps in different lengths. The longest webbing
is in the bottom parts. On the inside of the panels there
are few metal snaps. We weren't able to find the purpose,
maybe they were used to attach the main belt with some
kind of adapter.
Vest came with very simple belt (marked as SAW Gunner
one) which consist of single 2" webbing strap and buckle
and two padded thig panels. It resembles rappelling rig or
cowboy's belt. The panels are modular, they all feature
MOLLE/PALS webbing for pockets. They are connected
with main belt with two waist panels with nylon webbing
interweaved. Each panel has two 2" nylon thig straps with
buckles.
