Just remove the head and tail cap, rotate the body and plug head and cap again. The switch button is located exactly in the center of mount, so it won't change its position. The conversion might be completed in just a dozen seconds. The quick-detach mounts in the body are large, rugged and require some force to put them back and if used properly they won't get loose. OWL is completely sealed and IPX8 rated, so it might be 60 meters submerged for 24 hours. There are no plugs, connectors or external ports and electronic circuits are waterproofed. Just let them dry and OWL will be running again. The OWL features 1250 lumens and 50,000 candelas output. On the front there is a protective glass lens which might be replaced in the field if broken. The tail cap might be also used to replace the lens. OWL is fueled with 18650 rechargeable batteries only. DO NOT USE CR123A BATTERIES! www.fragoutmag.com
