a little problem here: the levers on the left and right side work differently. Shifting the left lever up works like a steady on/off switch, while shifting it down – as a momentary on/off. The right lever, on the other hand, works in a different way: up as momentary and down as steady. One has to remember that, especially when changing the hand used for shooting from the strong to weak. Output: 300 lumens – in the specification. However, I have a feeling that it may have changed throughout the years, since the reflector has also changed: its not as smooth as in the first series. Power source: two CR123 3V batteries, the battery compartment is in the back part, while its construc- tion has been modified over the years. In the new model, the flap is designed in such a way that it is im- possible to lose (drop) it, while it happened to some users in the case of previous models. Lifetime: according to the data provided by the manufacturer, lifetime of the LED is 50,000 hours of work, while the time of work with one set of batteries is 2.5 hours. INFORCE APL My interest in Inforce APL flashlight occurred – what's peculiar – together with the purchase of an H&K SFP- 9. As I wrote in one of the first articles on that pis- tol – there was no support pad for the thumb of left hand. When watching various materials about SFP-9, I discovered many photos of that gun with that spe- cific flashlight. I must admit that it looked very im- pressive. The construction was small, compact, and pleasant to the eye (yet somewhat boxy) line looked well with the pistol – all of that encouraged me to purchase APL. INFORCE APL is available in three ver- sions: WHITE, WHITE/IR & DEDICATED GLOCK. ACCESSORIES
