Shoulder straps of TMP-02 are plain and simple so it comes with additional comfort pads with space mesh on the bottom and two elastic loops for cable routing on the sides. The TMP-02 assault pack (basically a flatpack) has a large main compartment and an outside ge- neral-purpose pocket. Both can be accessed via a two-way, splash-proof zipper. The main compart- ment is padded with Velcro loop which can accept additional pockets or is organized to keep your stuff in place. There is also a shockcord to keep the hy- dration bladder in place. It's a pity that there is no separate bladder compartment as it will move aro- und and take up space in the backpack itself. At the top of the backpack there is a covered slit for ro- uting the tube to the outside and two short webbing straps with polymer D-rings. The backpack attaches to the vest with verti- cal zippers or with MOLLE/PALS webbing (which allows it to be used with other vests without the zippers). Zippers are definitely faster and more co- nvenient to use - they also allow you to change the configuration of your equipment, for example, when you change the profile of the mission or functions in the team. MAPA Tactical CL-01 Chest Rig The CL-01 is a simple modular chest rig construc- ted from laser-cut laminate in MAPA B camouflage based on Cordura 700D. Compared to the TMP-02, it is definitely a more modern and lighter solution than the classic sewn-on MOLLE webbing, so it is surprising that this technology is not used in other platforms for carrying the armor from the MAPA Tactical brand. CL-01 has essentially the form of a panel similar in shape to an "irregular rectangle", wider on top and more narrow in the bottom. On the front there are laser-cut MOLLE/PALS-compatible slots equivalent to five webbing straps (sewn one next to the other) and eight mounting cells in each. Thus, the CL-01 allows for quite a bit of equipment configuration, MAPA www.fragoutmag.com www.fragoutmag.com
