On the fourth day, the training was held on the 44 meters high dam in Zagórze Śląskie – we could rappel down or climb, in any order and as long as we had the strength or willing to do so. Additionally, there was also zip line from the top, the subsequent "M" to cross, and for the volunteers jumps into the water from the RIB on full speed, which had to replace a helicopter – regrettably an awaited did not arrive. Maybe, the helo will be there next year. In the evening, there was organized a dinner and a ceremony during which were announced the results of the competition (SAR rescuers won this challenge) and all participants were awarded with the commemorative T-shirts. On the last day in the morning all competitors set off towards a final destination – 22 meters high Wilczki waterfall, where each participant had a chance to rappel down from a steel bridge over the waterfall. The rappel through the striking water is an unforgettable experience, because you can feel like a laundry in the washing machine. I recommend trying it. After the rappel, there was nothing left but to shake a hand of the chief, receive certificate, and then give high five to all persons waiting in a queue and hit the road towards home. Hope we will meet in the same place next year. The FRAG OUT! team would like to thank COL Piotr Rupa, commander of the 22nd Carpathian mountain infantry battalion and WO1 Maciej Kubik for an opportunity to take part in the workshops, and all instructors and participants for an amazing atmosphere. Many thanks! www.fragoutmag.com
