After a few hours, the first stage of the LSOC transferred into an operation with the gumby boats. We continually had to haul them from water in order to throw in, after a while, into the water together with the boat against time, jump inside, and while conquering the waves, sail around a buoy. Sometimes it was only about a few moves with the paddle, jumping out of the boat and returning to it. The tasks were different and were changed continuously, what counteracted a monotony. All of that, of course, against time. Only the best team after its return to the beach haven't had to perform a series of the push-ups or crawl on the sand. Certainly, you have to motivate the members of your team who were doing worse. The most of them overcame apparent limitations and gave their best, positively motivated by the leader and the group. Several stations, on which were prepared different kinds of the obstacles and a realization of the tasks took us a rest of the day. We were also involved in pumping and drinking water on the command. Hydrate or die. All that time Rob Roy was giving commands and with megaphone he enforced the resistant ones to acting. You must know that Rob is a really big black guy with whom you should not discuss. Finally, he was in the DEVGRU. This very nice, big guy, created a great atmosphere and people could fight with their weaknesses. Rob Roy is a great coach with impressive experience in working with people and he really enjoys that. He can perfectly REPORT
