Each stage ended with a hot wash about operations of the brigade and the battalion. Each stage also included individual planning of every operation. Stages were related to each other by political background; the tactical continuity was maintained. After completion of the first stage, the US infantry company left the battalion (only one platoon was left), so the battalion had one (organic) combat company and one engineer platoon remaining until the end of the Combat Resolve VII. The brigade did not manage to complete the objectives during any of the stages – every time, it was defeat- ed by OPFOR (the difference between the Polish and American FTX – in Poland, everything must go well and the trained soldiers do not learn anything, in the American system, the brigade bore the consequences of wrong planning and command). During the assault, the Polish battalion attacked from the north, the American - from the south, while the Romanians were to follow the Americans and support them. The Polish battalion was in the north, the American - in the center, and the Romanian - in the south. At the beginning, the Polish battalion was assigned a platoon of engineering vehicles for the time of the defense. Since the 7bksW had the most time and already knew the area, the obstacles were prepared what enabled to maintain the extended de- fense and completion of the task. Because of the bat- tle damage inflicted by the enemy, all units lost their combat capability once again. During the counterattack, the Polish battalion once again attacked independently from the north, while the American battalion attacked from the south. The task of the Romanian battalion was to multiply the REPORT
