Zoom, please! The Fenix FD41 flashlight features a specific function similar to the focusing in the lens. The rotary ring just behind the flashlight head works analogously as the focusing adjustment ring in lenses. Regardless the direction we rotate it in, it will seamlessly change the level of the light beam from dispersed, which covers almost 90 deg spectrum, to a focused "spotlight" with efficient range of over 300 meters (!). The "zooming" takes place through expanding the distance from the front lens to the LED, which changes the distance from the fixed reflector. All parrt of the device are made of solid aluminum alloy, with precise interlocking, anodized and sealed. The FD41 is IPX 8 compliant (if our flashlight falls 2 meters deep in the water, its light will definitely draw the attention of local fish) and has impact resistance of about 1.5 meter. - the flashlight can be used for self-defense in case of danger. The well-profiled body tube with a grippy finish is convenient, with firm grip, while the head includes an aggressively cut strike bezel that will serve painful memories to our attacker. The flashlight weighs enough (almost 160 grams) to become a strong argument when used by a skillful person. EDC
