1.1. problem Most common cause is that during loading process, first round from the magazine hasn't been inserted into the chamber. Maybe magazine was loaded full, what can generate problem with inserting it properly, and maybe the shooter insert magazine into the mag- azine well to lightly (proper Admin Reload eliminates that problem) – for jams like that, responsibility lies on men. Another reason can be bad ammu- nition, sometimes we have portion of ammunition with damaged or tougher primer and hitting firing pin does not cause the ignition (which is simply mis- fire). Those are main causes that type of malfunction –we are not talking about cracked or broken firing pin, ac- cording to the previous assumptions. 1. Failure to fire –You hear hammer hitting the firing pin and nothing else. Bolt carrier is in forward position and loading process of the weapon has not been disrupted.
